No:534/21, Information of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the telephone conversation between Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov

On December 30, 2021, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.

The Ministers exchanged views on the current situation in the region and the implementation of trilateral statements.

The sides reviewing the latest developments in the region, including the inaugural meeting of the 3 + 3 consultation mechanism in Moscow, as well as the meeting of representatives of the Azerbaijani and Armenian public figures in Moscow, exchanged their views.


The sides also discussed topical issues of the bilateral relations agenda and other issues of mutual interest.

During the telephone conversation, the Ministers shared their congratulations on the occasion of the New Year.
