On March 21, 2022, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.

The sides discussed the current situation in the region, including the implementation of the trilateral statements of November 10, 2020 and January 11, 2021.

During the telephone conversation, the Ministers exchanged views on the situation regarding Ukraine, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
