NOTICE: CHANGE IN OFFICE HOURS AT CONSULAR AND VISA SECTION

With effect from 01 December 2016, routine consular services (including visa applications) will be provided between 09:30hrs till 12:30hrs each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Processed documents can be picked up from the Consular and Visa Section between 14:00hrs till 17:00hrs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The Consular and Visa Section of the Embassy will be closed to the public each Tuesday and Thursday as well as during national holidays of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Applicant with emergencies seeking assistance from the Consular and Visa Section outside these regular working hours can however make an appointment with the Consular and Visa Section by phone or by e-mail before coming to the Embassy.
