Bulgarian media reported that Azerbaijani journalists were killed by a landmine
Leading Bulgarian news agencies reported that Azerbaijan state television operator Siraj Aliyev, Azerbaijan State News Agency (AZERTAC) correspondent Maharram Ibrahimov and representative of Kalbajar region local authority Arif Aliyev were killed in an explosion near the village of Susuzluq in Azerbaijan's Kalbajar region.
The reports emphasize that Armenia deliberately and extensively planted landmines in Azerbaijan in gross violation of international humanitarian law, including the 1949 Geneva Conventions. According to reports, Armenia refuses to provide the maps of landmines caused the deaths and casualties among the civilians.
