Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Bulgaria presented copies of his credentials to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Elmar Mammadov, presented copies of his credentials to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Radi Naidenov, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, Ambassador Mammadov and Deputy Minister Naidenov discussed the current state and future prospects of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria. Particular attention was paid to the development of the strategic partnership between the two countries, as well as to cooperation in the fields of energy, green energy, digital development, transport connectivity, culture, and people-to-people exchanges.
The sides highlighted the importance of maintaining active political dialogue and expressed satisfaction with the positive dynamics of bilateral cooperation in recent years. In this context, the role of Azerbaijan as a reliable partner in ensuring energy security in the region was also appreciated.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria.
